Kansas Perio & Dental Implants is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Office Coordinator to join our growing team in Wichita, KS. As the first and last point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming experience while helping our office run smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Whether you have prior dental experience or are eager to learn, we are willing to train the right candidate who brings a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a passion for patient care.

Compensation

  • $18-$21 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday through Friday
  • Office hours: 8:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm
  • Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently
  • Answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with patient inquiries
  • Maintain a smooth flow of patient traffic throughout the office
  • Communicate delays and appointment updates promptly and professionally
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and laboratory cases as needed
  • Maintain a clean, comfortable, and welcoming reception and waiting area
  • Handle patient payments and accurately process transactions
  • Protect patient privacy by following HIPAA guidelines and maintaining confidentiality at all times
  • Support office operations by following office procedures and helping resolve day-to-day challenges
  • Provide exceptional customer service that reflects the high standards of our practice
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

  • Dental experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Comfortable using computers, office equipment, and practice management software
