  • Ensure each transaction is handled accurately and efficiently

Responsibilities
  • Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program
  • Work alongside sales agents to navigate their clients through property showings
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to help refine or confirm clients' search criteria
  • Develop and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients
  • Allocate a minimum of 10 hours per week to generating leads
  • Participate in weekly script practice sessions in alignment with team standards
  • Engage in team activities and uphold team standards
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
  • Utilize PLACE Technology for task and activity management
