Join the Blackstone Shooting Sports family as a Range Team Member and become an integral part of a passionate team delivering the ultimate shooting sports experience. In this role, you will be on the front lines, engaging with our guests, sharing your enthusiasm for our products and services, and helping them have the safest and best time at the Range.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Range Safety - Enforce all safety rules and procedures to maintain a secure shooting environment for guests and staff.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service - Provide personalized experiences and exceed guest expectations.
  • Educate and Assist Guests - Use product knowledge to help guests choose the right firearms.
  • Maintain Range Equipment - Perform routine inspections and report necessary repairs to management.
  • Uphold Cleanliness Standards - Complete and document daily cleaning tasks to ensure a professional and well-maintained range.
  • Support Training & Development - Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and assist in developing fellow range officers.
  • Assist with Range Events - Help coordinate and execute competitions, private bookings, and special events for a seamless guest experience.
  • Drive Revenue Growth - Promote range memberships, special events, and training programs to increase engagement and sales.
  • Execute Range Officer Duties - Oversee range operations, assist guests, and enforce safety protocols during shifts.
Requirements Qualifications:
  • Firearm Safety Expertise - Strong knowledge of range safety rules, firearm handling, and emergency procedures.
  • Range Operations Experience - Prior experience working in shooting ranges(a +), enforcing safety protocols, and assisting guests.
  • Passion for Shooting Sports - Enthusiasm for firearms and shooting sports, with a desire to help out shooters of all experience levels.
  • Strong Communication Skills - Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with guests, build rapport, and provide top-tier customer service.
  • Sales & Goal-Oriented - Motivated to achieve sales targets and promote memberships and training programs.
  • Team Player with Initiative - Ability to collaborate effectively while also being proactive and self-motivated.
  • Flexible Availability - Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and peak business hours as needed.
