Retail & Range Manager – Shore Shot Pistol RangeShore Shot Pistol Range is looking for an experienced, dependable, and motivated Manager to help lead our retail store and shooting range operations.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can manage employees, deliver excellent customer service, maintain high operational standards, and take ownership of the day-to-day operation of the business.
The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is organized, responsible, comfortable making decisions, and able to keep the team productive and the business running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day retail and shooting range operations
  • Lead, supervise, train, and motivate employees
  • Create a professional, customer-focused environment
  • Ensure employees are following company policies and procedures
  • Handle customer questions, concerns, and difficult situations professionally
  • Oversee sales floor operations and help drive retail sales
  • Maintain product knowledge and ensure employees are properly educated on products
  • Assist with inventory management, merchandising, receiving, and restocking
  • Monitor employee performance, attendance, and scheduling
