we're hiring a senior people leader to take our HR function to the next level. The foundation is in place — systems, processes, a working team. What we need now is someone who can mature it for the next stage of growth: sharper hiring, stronger management, and people infrastructure that scales with us. You'll be the executive team's go-to on anything people-related, and you'll own it end to end.


What you'll do

  • Partner with leadership on org design, workforce planning, and the people decisions that come with fast growth
  • Own full-cycle recruiting and raise the hiring bar across the company
  • Level up performance and development: review cycles, manager coaching, training that builds real capability
  • Handle employee relations and investigations with sound judgment
  • Keep us compliant across California and multi-state employment law as we expand
  • Manage benefits, open enrollment, and help shape comp and equity
  • Refine and scale existing HR systems and processes so they hold up at the next headcount milestone


What you bring

  • Progressive HR experience, ideally in a scaling environment
  • Real fluency in California and multi-state employment law
  • A track record in talent acquisition and complex employee relations
  • The credibility to influence executives and the willingness to do the hands-on work
  • SHRM-SCP or SPHR a plus
  • Comfort with HRIS and modern people tooling
