At Soccer Shots East and South San Diego we are more than a youth soccer program.  We are a team of passionate individuals looking to change the world with our two feet.  We are currently seeking an organized, energetic, and people focused Recruiting Assistant to help us attract and hire amazing soccer coaches that fit into our mission.
What you will do
  • Manage job boards across multiple hiring platforms
  • Schedule, execute and coordinate candidate interviews
  • Exemplify Core Values
  • Find and hire Core Value fits
  • Support and collaborate with each department to understand the hiring needs of the organization
  • Assist in recruitment, hiring, and on-boarding of all team members
  • Seek out and execute recruiting events
  • Assist in compliance of State and Federal requirements for the organization for employees
  • Create an exceptional candidate experience from first day of contact to onboarding
  • Assist with exit interviews and employee feedback 
  • Keep confidentiality 
Qualifications
Required

  • Experience working with small to mid-sized businesses
  • Minimum of a 1 year commitment to the position
  • Must pass background check
Preferred
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience
  • Knowledge of child care state requirements
  • Recruited talent on campuses
