Location: Battle Creek, Michigan
Pay Rate: $43.00 to $46.00/hr
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Days, Mondayโ€“Friday, 8:00 AMโ€“4:30 PM
Total Working Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Experience: Minimum 1 year required

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Care Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract opportunity in Battle Creek, Michigan. This role provides clinic and home-based nursing care for participants, including geriatric, wound care, home health, and long-term care support.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care in clinic and home-based settings.

  • Monitor acute and chronic conditions in coordination with providers.

  • Perform wound care, lab draws, assessments, treatments, and medication administration.

  • Triage urgent situations and support participant care plans.

  • Document care accurately using TruChart.

Requirements

  • Active Michigan Registered Nurse license required.

  • Associate degree or nursing diploma required; BSN preferred.

  • BLS/BCLS or CPR certification required.

  • Minimum 1 year of RN experience required.

  • Experience with frail, elderly, long-term care, home care, or wound care preferred.

  • Reliable transportation, valid Michigan driverโ€™s license, and auto insurance required.

  • Required vaccinations must be completed or willing to complete.
