Job description

Construction Project Coordinator – Remodeling & Design-Build


Thomas Maxwell Kitchen & Bath is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator to support our production team and help keep remodeling projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward.


This is a key operations role that works closely with our Production Manager, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, takes ownership of their responsibilities, and enjoys keeping multiple moving parts on track.


This is a full-time, in-person position located in East Wareham, Massachusetts. This is not a remote position. For the right individual who demonstrates strong performance, leadership, and initiative, this position offers a clear path toward Project Management and substantially increased compensation and responsibility over time.

Compensation:

$55,000 - $65,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain project schedules for active remodeling projects
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries
  • Track project progress and proactively identify scheduling conflicts
  • Maintain project documentation, job files, and production records
  • Communicate with clients regarding scheduling, project updates, and project milestones
  • Support the Production Manager with daily project coordination and follow-up
  • Help ensure projects remain organized, on schedule, and moving toward successful completion

Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
  • Strong follow-through, accountability, and problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Experience in construction, remodeling, building supply, property management, operations, logistics, military leadership, or project coordination is preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with JobTread, Buildertrend, QuickBooks, CRM systems, or similar software is a plus
