Customer Service Administrator / Order Entry Specialist

Location: Fernandina Beach, FL (Onsite)

Duration: 3-Month Contract to potential hire


Position Overview:


We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator / Order Entry Specialist to join a growing team. This role is heavily focused on order processing and administrative support, with approximately 90% of the day dedicated to order entry and customer account management and 10% supporting warehouse functions, packing and shipping, and inbound customer calls.

The ideal candidate will have experience with order entry, QuickBooks, customer service, and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities


  • Process and enter customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Utilize QuickBooks for order management, invoicing, and customer records
  • Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries
  • Communicate order updates and shipment information to customers
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Assist with packing, shipping, and receiving activities as needed
  • Support general office and administrative functions
  • Ensure accuracy of orders, pricing, and customer information


Must-Have Qualifications


  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, order entry, administrative support, or a related role
  • Experience using QuickBooks
  • Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience with shipping and receiving processes
  • Warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environment


Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time, Onsite 9am-5pm
