CSR Technicians, or Customer Service Representative Technicians, are professionals who provide technical support and assistance to customers, often in industries such as telecommunications, utilities, or IT services. They handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure that clients receive effective solutions to their problems. These technicians may work over the phone, via email, or in person, and they often document interactions to track issues and resolutions. Strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.
