Responsibilities for a Quality Supervisor include but are not limited to: 

  • Supervise quality employees and coordinate inspection and testing activities on assembly components, ensuring compliance with quality standards and production requirements

  • Review quality assurance instructions, assembly specifications, and production schedules to determine inspection methods, workflow sequencing, and team assignments

  • Direct and support quality assurance inspection processes, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, SOPs, and company quality policies

  • Troubleshoot production quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce scrap and improve efficiency

Candidates for Quality Supervisor must meet the following requirements to be considered: 

  • Bachelor’s degree is desired but not necessarily required

  • Previous experience in quality control, quality assurance, or manufacturing supervision, preferably in an automotive or production environment

  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, inspections, testing procedures, and continuous improvement practices

  • Ability to lead teams, interpret quality procedures, analyze reports, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and management
