Job description

*Position Summary*
We are seeking a Manufacturing Quality Manager to oversee quality systems and ensure products consistently meet customer expectations, industry standards, and internal requirements. This role partners with operations, engineering, and production teams to drive product quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing process.
*Responsibilities*
* Foster a safe and quality-driven manufacturing environment.
* Oversee product inspections and verification activities throughout the production process.
* Ensure compliance with customer requirements, applicable standards, and internal quality systems.
* Lead corrective action, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Maintain quality records, inspection documentation, and equipment calibration programs.
* Coordinate outside inspection and testing services when required.
* Plan and support internal, customer, and third-party quality audits.
* Review manufacturing documentation and approve products for final release.
* Partner with engineering and operations to resolve quality concerns and improve manufacturing performance.
* Identify process improvements that enhance product quality, efficiency, and consistency.
* Promote standardized work practices and quality procedures across the facility.
*Qualifications*
* AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification preferred or required, depending on experience.
* Associate degree in a technical discipline or equivalent manufacturing experience.
* Five or more years of experience in manufacturing quality, quality assurance, or quality control.
* Experience with fabrication, welding, machining, or industrial manufacturing environments preferred.
* Knowledge of quality management systems, inspection methods, and continuous improvement principles.
* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and quality documentation software.
Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
