General Manager QSR Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of titled General Manager
  • QSR, fast-casual or casual dining experience
  • Ownership mentality - treat your location like you own it
  • Excellent integrity and character
  • P&L, budgeting and cost control
  • Microsoft Office proficiency, including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work any schedule
  • Fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Passion for genuine employee relations, coaching and training
