As a GM, you'll have responsibility for the financial success of your restaurant, as well as managing staff, keeping customers happy, and adhering to health and safety mandates. The role has a strong hospitality element, ensuring that the restaurant delivers high-quality food, drink, and good customer service.
Annual pay for a highly qualified QSR General Manager/Restaurant Manager is up to $75,000 including period bonuses based off of performance.
