Die-Cut Machine Operator (Night Shift)
Quality Packaging, Inc. (QPI)
Quality Packaging, Inc. is a growing leader in contract packaging, materials, and equipment. We're looking for a hands-on, reliable Die-Cut Machine Operator who takes pride in producing high-quality work and wants to be part of a team that values quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
  • Set up and operate die-cutting machines
  • Prepare and install dies (registration, make-ready, matrix)
  • Inspect product to ensure quality standards are met
  • Pack finished goods (counting, labeling, boxing, palletizing)
  • Complete production paperwork accurately
  • Perform basic machine maintenance
  • Maintain a clean, tour-ready work area

  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure
  • Dependable, team-oriented, and self-motivated
