  • Drive quality performance by leading internal audits, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) initiatives, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement efforts that improve first-pass quality, reduce rework, repeat discrepancies, and inspection findings.
  • Maintain regulatory documentation and audit readiness by ensuring accuracy, completeness and retention of maintenance records, FAA forms, Inspection documentation, Aircraft logbook entries, Airworthiness documentation, and digital maintenance tracking systems.
  • Serve as the primary quality liaison during FAA inspection, customer audits, and OEM interactions while promoting Safety Management System (SMS) principles, just culture reporting, supporting corrective actions, and reinforcing human factors awareness.
