The Purchasing Clerk is responsible for researching, comparing and evaluating existing and potential vendors.Maintain purchase order system and vendor list /contacts via P.O system as well as in our email database. Track orders to ensure timely deliveryMaintain satisfactory levels of all plant consumables.Verify all orders for quantity and quality. Coordinate loading/ unloading and storage of products when delivered. Continue to develop a working knowledge and familiarity of parts, stock and consumables. Requirement: Familiarity of Microsoft Office.
