Job Summary:
Supports purchasing activities to meet branch, project, and operational material needs. Assists with purchase order processing, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. Maintains purchasing records and supports data accuracy across systems. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to address routine purchasing requests and support operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities:
Processes purchase orders, transfers, and invoices to support operational purchasing requirements.
Tracks inventory levels and supports replenishment activities based on established guidelines.
Coordinates with internal stakeholders to gather purchasing requirements and address routine inquiries.
Communicates with vendors to support order placement, status updates, and issue resolution.
Maintains accurate purchasing records, documentation, and system data.
Assists with reporting and data collection related to purchasing activities and inventory levels.
Supports purchasing workflow processes and system utilization.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, procurement, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience:
0-2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain operations, or a related field required.
