As a Sales Associate, you'll help create a welcoming shopping experience while assisting customers in finding the perfect pair of boots and apparel.


What You'll Do:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and personalized product recommendations
  • Help customers find the right fit and style through strong product knowledge
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor

Requirements

Essential Physical Requirements:ย 

  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift)
  • Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
  • Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
  • Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
