Job Summary and Purpose:Β 


We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Indirect Purchasing Manager to lead all non-production indirect spend categories across our U.S. operations. This includes, but is not limited to: marketing, communication, consulting, HR services, supply chain, car fleet, and travel.Β 

This role will be responsible for building and executing category roadmaps aligned with the company's business objectives, identifying cost-saving opportunities, mitigating risks, and driving value through supplier relationships and internal collaboration.Β 

Responsibilities and Key Duties:Β 


Own and manage all indirect (non-production) purchasing categories across the U.S.Β Β 

Define and implement sourcing strategies and roadmaps to support business goals.Β 

Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management for key categories.Β 

Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments (marketing, HR, finance, operations) to understand needs and ensure alignment.Β 

Monitor market trends, analyze spend data, and identify cost optimization opportunities.Β 

Partner with Finance to ensure budget adherence, compliance, and value tracking.Β 

Contribute to supplier risk assessments and performance reviews.Β 

Support global or regional initiatives as needed.Β
