Job description

We need a full-time Purchasing Agent for our export equipment/supplies business. You will buy parts and tools using a computer and a telephone. You will find good prices, talk to sellers and make sure orders arrive on time.

Responsibilities:  

Call seller to ask for prices and delivery times.

Use the computer to place orders, update records and check stock

Compare costs to get the best deals for the company.

Track shipments and fix delivery problems.

Work with teams to see what tools or parts needed.

Good skills with phone and computer.  Know how to talk clearly with sellers.
