The Pull Tab Clerk's responsibility is to sell games and promote good guest relations. Ensures the guests are receiving efficient and courteous service while playing the pull tab games.


Pay Range: $17.13 per hour plus tips

Full Time


Responsibilities and Duties

Promotes positive guest relations through excellent customer service

Sell and promote games

Maintain integrity of game according to Company policies and procedures

Confirm and pay jackpots

Open and close games as needed

Assists coworkers as needed

Performs other job duties as assigned

Requirements

SPECIFIC SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Working knowledge of pull tab operations, knowledge of State of Washington Gambling regulations and rules preferred.

High concentration to deal with multiple tasks at the same time

Ability to interface with guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Neat, professional appearance with good personal hygiene.

Ability to speak, read and write English.

Accuracy and attention to detail is necessary for completion of regulatory forms.


EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:

High School Diploma or equivalent experience

Two years prior guest service experience preferred

Previous experience with Pull Tabs is preferred
