Job description

Position Summary
Responsible for assigned area per bingo session:
  1. Bingo Card Room area - Responsible for issuing and returning of bingo paper and daubers & keeping accurate counts of bingo paper & daubers.
  2. Bingo Admission area - Responsible for POS bingo game sales.
  3. Bingo Floor Sales - Responsible for selling special bingo cards to players on the bingo floor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Card Room Area
  1. Responsible for counting and restocking paper inventory and daubers keeping accurate counts of all items in the Bingo Card Room area.
  2. Responsible for issuing bingo paper and accessories to Bingo Clerks assigned to the Admission area and Floor area.
  3. Responsible for returning unsold bingo paper and accessories from Bingo Clerks assigned to the Admission area and Floor area.
  4. Responsible for compiling daily reports of session paper and dauber activity for each clerk assigned to the Admission and Floor areas.
  5. Responsible for combining paper products into packages as assigned by management.
  6. Ensures correct paper series to be issued and returned.
  7. Appropriately cancel paper not to be resold.

Admission Sales Area
  1. Responsible for receiving and verifying cash bank with the paymaster.
  2. Responsible for receiving and verifying all paper issued to from the Bingo Card Room.
  3. Opens register at designated time.
  4. The sale of Bingo Packages including offering games customers has not selected.
  5. Responsible for keeping accurate records of all bingo paper and cash.
  6. Responsible for providing customers with accurate change and a receipt for their bingo purchase.
  7. Responsible for providing excellent customer service and information on all services offered by the Casino.
  8. Responsible for electronic bingo equipment.
  9. Responsible for returning all unsold paper to Bingo Card Room area.
  10. Responsible for dropping all cash to paymaster.
  11. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as necessary or assigned.
  12. Responsible for cleaning assigned work area.

Floor Sales Area
  1. Responsible for receiving and verifying cash bank with the paymaster.
  2. Responsible for receiving and verifying all papers issued from the Bingo Card Room.
  3. Responsible for being out on the bingo floor at the designated time.
  4. Sale of Bingo Packages including offering games the customers has not selected.
  5. Responsible for keeping accurate records of all bingo paper and cash.
  6. Responsible for providing customers with accurate change for their bingo floor specials purchase.
  7. Responsible for providing excellent customer service and information on all services offered by the Casino.
  8. Responsible for electronic bingo equipment.
  9. Responsible for returning all unsold paper to Bingo Card Room area.
  10. Responsible for dropping all cash to paymaster.
  11. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as necessary or assigned.
  12. Responsible for cleaning assigned work area.
  13. Punctual and regular attendance is an essential responsibility for all team members and are expected to report to work based upon the assigned schedule each day in accordance with the Attendance Policy for Pueblo Sandia.

(Bingo Clerks will only be assigned to the Floor area pending job performance & job knowledge in the Card Room and Admission area. This can also be based on years of service).

License/Certifications/Registrations
Required:
  1. High School Diploma, GED certification or equivalent.
  2. Must be at least 18 years of age.
  3. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.

Note: Relevant work experience or education may be substituted to satisfy education and/or work experience.
Pre-Employment Requirements
  1. Must be able to obtain and maintain the required STGC Gaming License
  2. Will require a pre-employment and random drug screening.
