We distribute a wide array of products including consumables (pull tab tickets, bingo paper and ink, etc.) as well as state-of-the-art, electronic gaming products. Our products are sold, installed, and operated in numerous social and gaming venues.

Location: Odenton MD


Position Summary 

As a Field Service Technician, you will maintain and service electronic Bingo equipment including handheld electronic gaming units, ensure 100% customer satisfaction, and assist other Field Service Technicians as necessary. You will service customers in MD, VA, WV, PA, DE and NJ. Your typical day will begin mid-morning and end in the early evening hours. However, you must have the flexibility to work outside of these hours. 


Primary Roles and Responsibilities 

Repair/Maintenance of electronic gaming devices and other Bingo equipment. 

Equipment installation, light mechanical refurbishing, maintain preventative maintenance schedules. 

Customer service. 

Assisting in tech sales as needed. 



Requirements

Requirements, Experience and Education 

High school diploma / GED equivalent. 

Basic electronics, PC knowledge, and networking knowledge. 

Microsoft applications and Windows knowledge. 

You will be required to obtain a Maryland Lottery Tech License. 


Physical Requirements 

Ability to lift up to 50lbs. 


Other Skills/Abilities: 

Must be self-motivated, self-sufficient, and able to follow directions. 

Must be able to work into the early evening hours and weekends as needed. 

Service locations are located throughout the Mid-Atlantic area. You must be open to driving distances and periodic overnight stays. Be a Road Warrior!! 

You will be required to obtain a Maryland Lottery Tech License
