Status: Part-Time
Reports To: Soft Count Manager/ Soft Count Supervisor
POSITION SUMMARY
Counts money while ensuring the security of funds.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Ensures that all carts are secured and safeguarded at all times.
• Accurately completes paperwork and reports any variances or discrepancies to management.
• Maintains an effective, efficient, safe, and clean work environment.
• All team members are responsible for cleaning the work area
• Must possess a high level of integrity, and ability to maintain confidential information.
• Assist in the training of new team members.
• Performs any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must posse's basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and the public.
• Must have excellent organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience on 10-key & knowledgeable in the use of money counting equipment.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.
• Ability to work on a flexible shift schedule.
• Pre employment drug testing with applicants receiving an offer of conditional employment.
• Must be able to obtain a Blackfeet Tribal Gaming License.
REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent Microsoft Office and Internet skills. Ability to create forms and spreadsheets using tables and formulas.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Good interpersonal skills required.
• Must be reliable (good attendance and punctuality), organized, flexible, and posses excellent time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy required.
