Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY- Under the direction of Soft Count Supervisor, participates in the counting of Live Gaming Device cash receipts.
HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY
  • Counting of Live Gaming Device Cash receipts and verification of contents of Drop Boxes and Bill Validators.
  • Complete all related documentation in accordance with the established system of Internal Controls.
  • Must assist patrons in answering questions and direct them to areas of safety during emergencies as instructed by management, security or senior team members.
  • Assure exceptional customer service to all patrons by communicating in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner at all times.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
PHYSICAL - Must be able to:
  • Work within restricted area of Soft Count room with reasonable accommodation.
  • Bend, stand or stoop for long periods of time.
  • Communicate verbally and professionally.
  • See.
  • Must be able to hear. Can be augmented with a hearing aid.
  • Tolerate noisy and/or dimly lit environment.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of twenty pounds (20 lbs.).
  • Must have manual dexterity.
  • Climb stairs repeatedly.
  • Push/pull drop carts and drop boxes.
  • Repetitive motion, i.e. bending, pulling, opening boxes for drop and count process.
MENTAL - Must be able to:
  • Work accurately with basic math skills
  • Write to complete daily reports.
  • Understand and comply with Policies and Procedures, Job Descriptions, daily memorandum and other written and verbal instructions.
  • Read and understand in order to communicate with patrons and co-workers.
  • Must be able to work under stressful conditions.

GAMING
Must have the ability to hold an Occupational License as required by the Illinois Gaming Board.
