Overview
How You'll Make an Impact
As a Publisher Services Representative, you will be responsible for reviewing inbound publisher applications as well as reviewing existing publisher sites to maintain the health and quality of Core Private Exchange. You will work closely with our clients to provide excellent publisher support and will partner with various teams to provide additional assistance and support as needed.
Responsibilities
What You'll Achieve
โ€ข Responsible for providing outstanding publisher support (primarily via e-mail and telephone) by ensuring that publisher requests are handled in a friendly, efficient manner and that any issues are resolved promptly.
โ€ข Lead publisher support to sub-24-hour response turn-a-round
โ€ข Escalate publisher support issues through appropriate channels as
โ€ข Review inbound publisher applications for acceptance
โ€ข Monitor publisher partners for performance and content quality
โ€ข Work with new publishers to ensure rapid implementation, appropriate filter selections, maximum format adoption, and aggressive campaign selection
โ€ข Complete monthly projects to ensure that site setup and implementation meets Epsilon's standards
Qualifications
Who You Are
โ€ข Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred not required
โ€ข Must work well under pressure
โ€ข Able to work with minimal supervision as well as within a group environment
โ€ข Hyper-focused on customer satisfaction, preferably proven by at least 1 - 2 years of experience in a client-facing role
โ€ข Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook, PowerPoint
โ€ข Exemplary verbal and written communication skills

Compensation Range: USD $42,100.00 - USD $60,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
