  • Translate market feedback into product enhancements and strategic recommendations.
  • Support onboarding of new publisher opportunities and ensure successful long-term adoption.
  • Serve as a mentor and subject matter expert within the Publisher Growth team, sharing best practices and elevating team capabilities.
  • Represent adMarketplace externally as a trusted partner and industry expert.
Qualifications

  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple strategic priorities simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of media math, publisher monetization models, and digital advertising metrics.
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising and adtech landscape, including marketplace dynamics and publisher monetization strategies.
  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and cross-functional communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

*Compensation: $130,000 - $150,000 + Commission & Equity
