Our state-of-the-art national fulfillment center, located in Crawfordsville Indiana, is seeking quality workers ready and available to work an agreed upon work schedule with an aptitude to promote within our organization to fill future clerical and team lead roles. It is only with a dedicated staff we are able to meet and exceed our customers' expectations by picking, packing and shipping approximately 1.2 million books daily to customers around the world.
We have immediate openings for skilled Forklift Operators on our 1st shift, Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm.
Forklift Operators are responsible for the movement of stock through the warehouse using various stand-up powered industrial equipment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • handling full carton stock to fill customer orders or replenish inventory.
  • moving full pallet inventory to and from specified areas

Essential abilities include:
  • good verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to maintain good overall safety and attendance record
  • work well in a team-orientated environment
  • Must adhere to all established safety and precaution measures. The Health and Safety of all our employees is critical.
  • Must be flexible and cross-trained in other areas to assist with work in other departments based on business needs
