Working Hours and/or Working Conditions: HOURS: To be determined. Work hours will be based on college work-study funding. Scheduled work hours may not conflict with class hours. Position terminates at end of semester or when award is exhausted. Hours may not exceed 20 per week. Some evenings may occur on rare occasions.

  • Greet and properly direct visitors
  • General clerical duties including typing, filing, answering phones, photocopying, scanning, faxing, and stocking supplies
  • Provides support to full-time staff with project implementations
  • Maintain unit confidentiality
  • May distribute mail and prepare mailings
  • Pick up and deliver items from various departments, as necessary
  • Proofreading assignments as available
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
