Reconcile daily ARCOS inventory cycle count discrepancies thru research, analysis and strong problem-solving skills. Coordinate and work with customer service reps in researching customer issues. Print and process weekly narcotic buybacks for customers. Ensure completion of daily edits. Track and reconcile control issues in preparation for monthly ARCOS counts. Summarize and report daily discrepancies identified to management. Report unresolved issues as instructed by the DC's DRA. Assist cage and vault personnel with receiving issues. Prepare cage and vault morgues for monthly shipments to Inmar. Conduct and monitor monthly ARCOS inventory counts. Transmit monthly reports to DEA. Report controlled losses internally and externally as directed. Organize, file and store ARCOS documents and ensure proper retainment. It is of paramount importance that you ensure the department is always prepared for internal and external DEA audits.

  • Preferred Operational Knowledge with Receiving, Picking Put Away, Returns, Replenishment & Double Check
  • Inventory Experience

  • Good Organizational and Research Skills
  • Must Have Strong Fact-Finding Ability and Able to Extract, Prepare and Prioritize Data
