- Accurately perform and document patient care services
- Demonstrate knowledge of medical record organization and documentation - Assist the provider in navigating the EHR/EMR
Education and Experience Requirements Must have work experience as a Medical Assistant (2 years) High School Graduate or GED equivalent - Completion of a clinical Medical Assistant program (documented proof required); Certification with the AAMA or AMT is preferred (CMA/RMA) - Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or within 60 days of hire
Required Skills: Must be able to pass a Clinical Skills Assessment screening during the interview process - Must be able to pass a basic Medication Administration pre-test during the interview process - Must be able to multi-task - Have strong computer and writing skills - Be able to type quickly and accurately -
