Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is seeking a Principal Provisioning Specialist based in Tucson, AZ . In this role, you will develop, structure, and maintain Logistics Product Data (LPD) in support of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) requirements across the system lifecycle, with primary support to the RAM program.
What You Will Do:
  • Identify, classify, and code components, assemblies, spare parts, and support equipment needed to sustain and repair defense systems.
  • Process and incorporate engineering changes, upgrades, and modernizations into provisioning data and associated logistics products.
  • Serve as the bridge between engineering design changes and technical manuals used by warfighters, ensuring updates are accurate, timely, and technically correct.
  • Coordinate with engineering, configuration management, technical publications, and supply chain teams to maintain consistency and quality across all logistics artifacts.
  • Review engineering drawings, parts lists, and change documentation to determine provisioning impacts and updates.
  • Support LSA/LSAR development and provisioning documentation required by customer standards and internal program needs.

Qualifications You Must Have:
  • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
  • Experience in provisioning, logistics product data development, and/or Integrated Logistics Support (ILS)
  • Experience with the EAGLE (Enhanced Automated Graphical Logistics Environment) product suite or similar provisioning/LSA software platforms.
  • Active and transferrable final U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain program access after start. US citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, Bills of Material (BOMs), change notices, and configuration documentation.
  • Strong understanding of parts classification, coding standards, and provisioning methodologies (e.g., LCN, ALC, SMR codes).
  • Experience supporting technical manual updates or working with technical publications teams.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and communicate effectively with engineering, logistics, and program stakeholders.
  • Experience using Adobe Illustrator to make updates to Illustrated Parts Breakdown (IPB) artwork.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
