Boar’s Head Resort is seeking hospitality professionals to join our Food & Beverage team as Servers across multiple dining outlets including the Mill Room, Poolside Dining, Birdwood Mansion, and other resort venues. Team members play an important role in creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

The Server is responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing attentive, professional, and efficient service to guests. This role takes food and beverage orders, delivers meals, and ensures guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience. The Server represents the hospitality standards of Boar’s Head Resort and contributes to a welcoming and memorable environment for all guests.


Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
  • Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, professional service throughout the dining experience.
  • Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make food and beverage recommendations.
  • Accurately take and enter guest orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, daily specials, and beverage offerings.
  • Process guest payments accurately and follow proper cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and tables.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines.
  • Assist team members and support overall restaurant operations as needed.
