Job description

WorkWave is a leading provider of SaaS solutions, helping businesses streamline their operations and drive growth through innovative technology. As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Provisioning Specialist to join our Global Professional Services team. In this role, you will lead the strategic alignment, technical enablement, and operational integrity of our SaaS platform implementations for enterprise and growing clients.

We are seeking an analytical, strategic, and proactive Provisioning  Specialist. In this role, you will serve as a key operational strategist and system administrator within our customer onboarding and delivery pipeline. You will exercise independent judgment to design, evaluate, and execute software environment setups, oversee financial processing integrations, and direct client regulatory compliance frameworks.

The ideal candidate evaluates complex operational requirements, establishes scalable workflows, exercises discretion on technical provisioning edge-cases, and collaborates cross-functionally to drive continuous process improvements.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Systems Architecture & Provisioning Strategy: Evaluate client technical requirements to determine, configure, and execute appropriate WorkWave database environments. Analyze implementation data to continuously optimize configuration methodologies for platform onboarding.
  • Financial Activation: Direct the strategy and execution for activating WorkWave Payments functionality across customer accounts, evaluating risk, technical readiness, and financial compliance prior to activation.
  • Compliance Management: Formulate and manage client registration strategies for A2P 10DLC text messaging compliance. Serve as the subject matter expert on evolving industry regulations to ensure customer and platform alignment.
  • Operational Governance: Establish, maintain, and enforce team governance policy regarding service scope and resource allocation. Analyze incoming service requests, evaluate business impacts, and exercise independent authority to approve, reject, or re-route non-standard requests.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot provisioning delays and ensure a smooth handoff to customer success.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
  • Detail-Oriented Mindset: Strong attention to detail; you rarely let small configuration errors or discrepancies slip through the cracks.
  • Discretion & Decision-Making: Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and make key decisions on matters of significance without direct supervision.
  • Analytical & Technical Aptitude: Demonstrated capacity to analyze system workflows, evaluate technical trade-offs, and recommend scalable operational solutions.
  • Operational Governance: Strong policy formulation and negotiation skills, with the confidence to enforce business standards and operational boundaries.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with customers and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
  • Prioritization: Understands what's mission critical and what's trivial, and acts accordingly.
  • Boundary & Queue Control: The confidence and assertiveness to challenge incoming requests that do not belong to your team, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Systems Experience: Prior experience managing or analyzing workflows within enterprise CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and SaaS ecosystems.
$50,000 - $65,000 a year
In our dedication to salary transparency, we provide a compensation range for each role and the final offer will be dependent on various factors, including the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, and the organization's budget. Our hiring team will provide more information about the compensation package for this position during the interview process.
