IT Deployment Specialist

Pasig, Metro Manila, Philippines

About the Job

Azeus Systems Limited is looking for an IT Deployment Specialist to be part of our growing team for our product suite. As an IT Deployment Specialist, you are expected to deploy and maintain trial and production sites, and customize them according to the clients' needs.

Responsibilities

  • New meeting site creation and maintenance using existing jobs and processes
  • Customization of meeting sites according to client's needs, in line with what the meeting application can support. Changes may include:
    • Updating the site's texts and labels
    • Enabling and disabling of site features
    • Updating of meeting information, logo, and banner
    • Uploading of downloadable files for users
    • Updating of dynamic forms
    • Maintaining of internal system parameters
  • Attend to support cases via phone, email, or online web tools
  • Answer enquiries and prepare materials on product usage and sales
  • Analyze and categorize issues to eventually route the support cases to the right support staff
  • Conduct client training
  • Perform environment health checks

Your Profile

  • With a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any course related to Information Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics
  • Can quickly adapt to new tools and technologies (e.g. Java, SQL)
  • Flexible and can adapt to changing shift schedules
  • Amenable to work outside office hours/weekends/holidays
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work well and react fast under pressure
  • Can work with minimum supervision
  • Able to communicate in English, verbal or written, in a concise and clear manner
