is seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer-focused Customer Relations Team Member to join our team. In this role, you’ll help customers protect what matters most while providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers and provide professional, friendly assistance in person, by phone, and online.
  • Build strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
  • Answer questions about policies, billing, coverage, and account changes.
  • Follow up with customers regarding quotes, renewals, policy updates, and service needs.
  • Schedule appointments and support the agency team with daily administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow agency procedures.
