Job description

Position Summary:
Lead out in facilitating worship, building a strong and unified worship & tech team, and an excellent and authentic worship culture at the North Platte Campus.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Facilitate Worship
  • Schedule worship and tech teams for Sunday morning worship services at your campus.
  • Manage details on Planning Center for Sunday morning worship services at your campus. 
  • With support from central Creative Arts staffing, lead the efforts to set up needs for production at your campus. (Ex: ProPresenter, Lighting, Stage, Audio, etc.)
  • Lead midweek and Sunday morning rehearsals for worship services at your campus.
  • Lead devotional / communion time for your teams as needed.
  • Lead a recruitment culture. Locate, recruit and retain capable worship leaders & musicians. Foster strong pastoral relationships with your team members.
  • Guide your team to musical excellence. Lead the efforts in your team’s improvement.
Administration
  • Active and participating in team culture and conversations via Slack and other communication avenues as needed. 
  • Oversight of Creative Budget for North Platte Campus in conjunction with Creative Arts and Tech Director.
Pastor (depending on skill/experience)
  • Be an above and beyond pastor to your worship and tech teams. Foster care and support and build relationships. Champion your team.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
Education and Experience:
  • Experienced and capable leader, and disciple-maker.
  • 2 years of on stage worship leadership is desired. 
  • Knowledge of ProPresenter, audio and lighting systems preferred. 
Knowledge and Skills:
  • Excellence in vocal and musical ability. Multi-instrumental proficiency is desired.
  • Adept in giving and receiving feedback in pursuit of excellence that honors God and inspires others.
  • Contagiously fun.
  • Team-oriented. Eager to recruit, develop, grow and serve on teams.
  • Lead, delegate, and follow as needed. Team player mindset.
  • Problem Solver with a solution-side mindset.
  • Encouraging to other staff and Difference Makers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with music theory and Nashville Numbers system.
  • Able to demonstrate proficiency on (or shows aptitude to learn) ProPresenter 7, MultiTracks.com/Playback iPad app, Jands Vista V3, Midas M32, Panasonic AW-HS50N, P-16s.
