Job description

We are looking for a skilled and dependable Estates Campus & Events Production Coordinator who is available to work Sunday through Thursday. This role oversees all technical aspects of Sunday services at the Estates campus and churchwide events, including audio, video, and lighting. The coordinator leads and develops the production team, collaborates with worship staff, prepares service elements, and ensures equipment and volunteers are fully equipped to deliver a seamless and engaging experience.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the Estates Campus production team for the Sunday experience.

Build and prepare ProPresenter, lighting, and service elements for event services as needed.

Assist in the setup, operation, and teardown of audio, video, and lighting equipment for worship services and events.

Ensure that all production elements (e.g., slides, videos, sound) are ready and functioning properly before services/events.

Provide technical support during services, including troubleshooting audio, video, and lighting issues.

Ensure that volunteers understand their roles and are prepared to operate equipment safely and effectively.

Ensure equipment is in good working condition.

Keep an inventory of all technical equipment and report any needs for repair or replacement.

Assist with special projects, such as video production, stage design, and other creative elements.

Schedule volunteers to serve for the Estates Campus and Events production.

Meet with potential volunteers to build and grow the Estates production team.

Other duties may be assigned as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

Proficient in using Apple (Mac) laptops and macOS applications

Calm and effective in high-pressure environments

Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Strong in creating and following systems

Problem solver with minimal supervision

Technically skilled and adaptable

Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

Able to build and grow volunteer teams

Able to lift up to 100 lbs for heavy equipment on occasion

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or GED

1-3 years of related work experience

Certification on A/V Dante (preferred)

Proficiency in operating ProPresenter, Onyx, and Vista
