Job description

Park Alliance Church, located in Fort Myers, FL, is looking for a part-time worship leader. This individual will work closely with the lead pastor as they prayerfully plan weekly services. Our goal is to glorify God, through exalting the name of Jesus and leading our people as they worship the Lord.
The primary responsibilities of the worship pastor would be to plan and lead worship practices and services, be able to clearly communicate with the worship team, meet weekly with the lead pastor, and be familiar with ProPresenter to prepare Sunday presentations. This individual should most importantly prioritize their personal walk with the Lord, while loving and working to edify the body of Christ.
This is a bi-vocational position as this position is part-time (12-15 hours/week). Individuals interested, should have a minimum of a college degree with some experience leading worship. It is preferred that the individual have some familiarity with The Alliance.
