Coordinator Human Resources
Family Church Network
Position Overview: This position is responsible for supporting Human Resources for the Family Church Network, including Palm Beach Academy.
Reports To: Director Human Resources
Prerequisites
- Ability to meet all minimum eligibility requirements to be a member of Family Church.
- Affirm the Family Church Network statements of belief and practices as codified in our organizational bylaws and detailed in the Baptist Faith and Message confessional statement of 2000.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize workflow.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, expert on Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Preferred experience with Human Resource information systems, ADP preferred.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including ADA and FMLA preferred.
- Maturity and confidentiality.
Job Responsibilities
- Support benefits in the HR Information System.
- Assist in benefit vendor billing.
- Support employee leaves of absence.
- Support annual benefits open enrollment program.
- Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding of new church and school employees.
- Maintain and audit Human Resources data.
- Support payroll practices, including earnings, deductions, and taxes.
- Support time and attendance plans.
- Assist in managing performance management programs.
- Create reports and analyses with Human Resources data.
