Meadowbrook Church isseekingan energetic and engaging Small Groups Director to lead and grow our groups ministry as we help people move from where they are to where God wants them to be. This leader will have a heart for community - to connect people within our MBC family and form spaces where people can grow spiritually, share their interests, engage in life-changingconversationsand have fun.
The ideal candidate is an active, dedicated follower of Jesus with a shepherd's heart for ministry: they love God, they love people and they love church. This leader is a team builder - they understand how to raise up leaders and coach them; they see potential in people and help them develop and maximize their spiritual gifts for the Kingdom of God. They are self-starters who take initiative, carry vision as well as move the vision forward within their area of influence with care and excellence. Finally, this leader is a naturalnet-worker- they love learning about people and then connecting them to other people.

  • Continue to grow and developa thriving, vibrant small groups culturethat is integral to the ministry of Meadowbrook Church
  • Recruit, train and coach small group leaders; invest in them and create strong partnerships with themwith the understanding that they are vision carriers as wellas the extended ministry of Meadowbrook Church
  • Be a connector- connecting our MBC family to each other and to groups that willfoster spiritual growth as well as give them a place to be seen, known and heard
  • Develop excellent systems and communication strategiesthat support ministry effectiveness and organization
