The Proposals Lead will be instrumental in developing scalable proposal processes, cultivating a collaborative team environment, and producing persuasive, high-quality proposals that reflect our brand and values. This is a foundational role, aligned with our vision to instill brand loyalty and create customers for life.As the Proposals Lead, you’ll shape a critical function that sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and customer engagement. You’ll lead with purpose, creativity, and a strategic focus—helping us deliver proposals that aren’t just compliant, but compelling.
