Position Summary

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and developing strong customer relationships. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies aligned with the company’s production capabilities and market goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Provides technical sales support to clients with detailed layouts and cost analysis.

· Identifies, pursues, and secures new business opportunities within targeted industries or regions.

· Prepares and delivers proposals, quotes, and presentations tailored to customer specifications.

· Attends industry trade shows, customer visits, and networking events to expand market reach.

· Builds and maintains strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and OEM partners.

· Serves as the primary point of contact for major customers, handling contract negotiations, pricing, and communication.

· Resolves customer issues promptly and professionally while coordinating with internal teams.

· Travels to customers to discuss projects or future support for projects.

Requirements:

Position Qualifications
