Paradigm Power Delivery is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Proposal Manager to join our growing team. The Proposal Manager is responsible for leading the development of competitive, compliant proposals for high-voltage electrical projects. This role manages the full proposal lifecycle, coordinating with business development, project management, estimating, engineering, operations, and leadership to clearly communicate technical expertise, safety culture, project approach, and value proposition. The Proposal Manager plays a critical role in securing projects with existing and new clients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end proposal development.
  • Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and utility procurement documents to identify technical requirements, compliance criteria, and client priorities.
  • Develop proposal plans, schedules, and compliance matrices.
  • Support pursuit strategy development, including differentiators, risk mitigation, and execution approach.
  • Draft proposal content and manage proposal data for future use.
  • Maintain and update proposal templates, resumes, and project descriptions.
  • Manage proposal deadlines and coordinate with team members to get the information required to meet the needs of the proposal response - coordinate inputs related to safety, quality, schedule, work plan, and budget.
  • Customize proposals to specific clients.
  • Ensure proposals fully comply with client standards and formats.
  • Support Business Development in managing, completing and tracking pre-qualification requests.
  • Track proposal performance and win/loss results.
  • Participate in post-award and post-bid reviews to improve future pursuits.
  • Support opportunity tracking and maintenance.
  • Limited travel may be required for client meetings or presentations.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5-10+ years of proposal management experience
  • Strong technical writing and editing skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex proposals with strict deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and deadline-driven skills
