Job description

We''re seeking an experienced Senior Proposal Specialist to lead the development of winning proposals for large engineering, construction, and industrial projects. This individual will manage the entire proposal process, from reviewing solicitation documents through final submission,while partnering with business development, operations, engineering, estimating, and technical teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and delivery of RFQs, RFPs, SOQs, EOIs, and other pursuit documents.
  • Review solicitation requirements and create compliance matrices, schedules, and proposal plans.
  • Coordinate kickoff meetings, reviews, and proposal milestones to keep teams on track.
  • Interview subject matter experts and develop clear, compelling, client-focused technical content.
  • Edit and refine proposal responses for accuracy, compliance, readability, and consistency.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to create visuals that strengthen technical messaging.
  • Manage quality reviews, final production, formatting, and submission of proposal packages.
  • Maintain proposal content libraries, templates, and supporting resources.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proposal management experience supporting architecture, engineering, construction, or EPC projects.
  • Strong technical writing and editing skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear proposal content.
  • Experience managing multiple proposals and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat; experience with Adobe InDesign is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
