Position Overview
SteerBridge is seeking a Senior Digital Content Designer to support the company's marketing, communications, brand, business development, recruiting, and executive communication efforts.
This is a hands-on creative production role focused on developing high-quality digital content across campaigns, social media, paid advertising, website updates, presentations, proposals, event support, thought leadership, and internal communications.
The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller with experience across static design, motion graphics, video, and 3D visuals, and is comfortable leveraging AI-enabled creative tools to accelerate production while maintaining brand quality and accuracy.
This role works closely with the Experience Design Director, communications stakeholders, technical teams, and business development leaders to translate complex topics into clear, compelling visual content.
This is a hybrid position based in Vienna, VA.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Digital Content Production
  • Design campaign visuals, social media graphics, paid ads, website assets, and presentations
  • Produce motion graphics, animated explainers, and short-form video content
  • Translate complex technical and business concepts into clear visual narratives
  • Develop creative concepts and execute assets under direction
  • Prepare platform-ready assets across LinkedIn, web, paid media, and presentations
  • Ensure consistency with brand standards and messaging
Motion, Video & Multimedia
  • Create and edit motion graphics using Adobe tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
  • Support video production including campaign recaps, leadership videos, and events
  • Capture basic photo and video content for internal and external use
  • Operate basic camera, lighting, and audio equipment
  • Manage and organize multimedia assets
3D & AI-Assisted Design
  • Create or support 3D visuals using Blender or similar tools
  • Use AI tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Leonardo.Ai) to accelerate concepting and production
  • Refine AI-generated content into production-ready assets
  • Stay current with emerging creative technologies
Brand & Business Development Support
  • Design proposal graphics, capability decks, and executive presentations
  • Support recruiting, culture campaigns, and internal communications
  • Create visuals explaining technical capabilities and services
  • Collaborate across teams to produce polished, accurate materials
Production Discipline
  • Maintain organized files, templates, and asset libraries
  • Follow version control and naming conventions
  • Ensure assets are reusable and properly archived
  • Protect proprietary and client-sensitive information

Required Qualifications
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
  • Portfolio required at time of application
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Digital Media, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital design or multimedia production
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating design, motion, video, and branding work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, InDesign, etc.)
  • Experience with Figma
  • Experience creating motion graphics and video content
  • Experience with Blender or similar 3D tools
  • Familiarity with AI design tools (Adobe Firefly, Leonardo.Ai, etc.)
  • Ability to capture basic photo/video content
  • Strong understanding of design fundamentals (layout, typography, color, hierarchy)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and attention to detail

  • Experience designing for LinkedIn, paid ads, web, and presentations
