Familiarity with proposal management software (such as RFPIO or Qvidian), government contracting guidelines (like FAR), and document formatting tools (Word, Adobe Acrobat) is often expected. Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams are vital soft skills.
