How will you make your impact?
As a Proposal Manager, you will play a crucial role in the growth and success of Linxon by leading the creation of high-quality, competitive proposals for complex power system projects. You will be responsible for shaping proposal strategy-bringing together technical, commercial, and operational inputs to craft submissions that clearly communicate value, reduce risk, and position Linxon strongly within the EPC market.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, finance, project management, and commercial teams throughout the full proposal lifecycle. From early opportunity assessment through final submission and post-tender clarification, you will coordinate information, align messaging, and ensure every element of the proposal meets customer requirements, internal governance, and industry standards. Your strong communication, organizational skills, and strategic thinking will help you integrate diverse perspectives into a compelling and cohesive final product.
Beyond proposal development, you will contribute to win strategy discussions, provide insights into market trends and competitive landscapes, and support pricing and risk-review processes. Your work will directly influence Linxon's project pipeline, support revenue growth, and reinforce our reputation as a trusted partner in delivering critical power infrastructure.

  • Lead the full proposal and tendering process, playing a direct role in which strategic power-infrastructure projects Linxon wins.
  • Turn complex technical and commercial inputs into clear, compelling proposals that strengthen our competitive position and win rate.
  • Support negotiations and risk reviews that set projects up for profitable, successful delivery.

Who you are?
  • You bring proven experience in tendering, bid management, or a similar role within the power systems industry.
  • You have a strong understanding of power system projects, especially substation design, construction, and EPC environments.
  • You excel at project management and stay highly organized while managing multiple priorities.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently-both in writing and verbally.
  • You collaborate effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments and work well with technical and commercial teams.
  • You are familiar with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements relevant to power infrastructure projects.
  • You hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $82,200 to $157,600. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
