Property Manager
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our Clients team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of their residential properties, ensuring high-quality services to the residents and owners.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Monthly property inspections - out of town/overnight travel is required from time to time
• Monthly reports, including financial accountability
• Manage tenant and vendor communications - phone, email, mail, in-person
• Tenant retention oversight and relationship management
• Tenant documentation management - including filing and tracking lease documentation
• Lease administration, enforcement and compliance of the following:
- Certificates of Insurance
- Gross Sales
- Tenant Maintenance Contracts
- Tenant Lease Obligations
• Accounting coordination including the following:
- Annual Reconciliations
- Budgets
- AP Tracking, Coding and Approvals
- Rent Collections
- Cash Management
• Vendor coordination and oversight including:
- Service agreements
- Bidding
- Insurance Certificates
- Project Management
- Track and manage work orders
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3+ years' experience in retail property management is a plus
• Reliable transportation for traveling to properties
• Clean driving record and responsible driver
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with MRI and Yardi is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, deal with diverse problems, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to resolve difficult situations and conflicts effectively
• Self-confident individual that can operate independently and formulate sound decisions
